The Available light on the electric breaker panel flickers. Anyone have any thoughts? Bulb burning out or loose wire?

I was hoping someone had an answer as  mine does the exact same thing .  I do notice after a period of time the light does come on  not 100% bright but  better .  I think it is a bulb issue and not  a wiring issue , I would love to replace mine but it looks like a BIG job to remove all the screws and start messing around in the electrical panel .
