I took possession of a 2006 3600 Sovran. At the sea trial. I had no throttle on the port engine. After manual moving the throttle body at the engine the throttle lever started to then work. I did notice that the port/slave throttle then felt like it had a noticeable amount of increased tension as compared to the starboard/lead throttle lever. When the engine sink Botton is turned on the slave no longer has tensions in the throttle movement. Later I tried to recreate the the loss of throttle to troubleshoot. I was able to recreate it while at idle and then turn on engine sink button, move the slave throttle to full open and then back closed and turned off engine sink. Now when i apply some throttle to the slave/port handle no tension as before and also no throttle/engine response. Its as if the sink is still engaged. I then repeated the previous steps slower and all seemed to work again.
