Done that. Open and secure the center hatch. Raise the port hatch about one foot and put a 2x4 across the deck under the hatch. Lower the hatch on the 2x4 and remove the ram bolt. Lower the ram. Remove the hinge nuts and bolts. Slide the hatch aft on the 2x4. Repeat on the stbd side. The fun is reassembly, getting the bolts in the holes. Use a Phillips screwdriver to align the holes. Capt.
