Have a 1998 Tiara 40 Express. Waste tank is located under the floor in the aft guest bedroom which has seperate pedastels for the bed, a sink and an electric toilet. It appears that the whole room is a one piece unit that was dropped in after the tank was installed.Does anyone have any experience replacing this tank which is leaking. It appears that some part of the tank is under the bed and toilet area and I'm not sure how  much needs to be cut out to remove and replace and how to reinstall cut out sections so it will look like new. Tiara in Holland, Mi. and local Tiara dealer in Ohio have been no help. Would be grateful for any feedback. Thanks.

Have the same boat only a ‘97.  Had the same problem.  Did you solve your problem. Had the yard seal off the old tank which was 57 gals. and replaced with a 41 gal tank and installed under the aft bed. Be happy to help in case you haven’t solved.  Tiara and local dealer treated me like I had a disease. Jack
