Tiara Open batteries dead and lifting hatch

If you cannot get the batteries to take a charge, here is what I would do:

-Get a fresh, charged battery
-Remove the two output wires from the hatch lift fuses
-Temporarily connect these two wires to the fresh battery through appropriate wiring & fuses
-Temporarily connect the fresh battery ground to suitable ground point on the boat
-Lift hatch, replace batteries, put wiring back
