good afternoon, I have a 1990 Tiara 33open, love the boat, the questions I have there is a compartment in cabin floor it has 4 holes in it one on each side and hold water, the only way it drains out is a hand pump. Any thoughts why this is in this area and why does it hold water. my second I have two holes in the bottom of the stern on the outside of the hull, are these part of the limber hole system and are plugs required. Thanks in advance for you input,
