As far as your mid bilge, is your ac, shower sump, or anything else draining into there that shouldn't be?  My shower sump pump is located in the mid bilge and needs run when the shower is on.  But make sure you don't have a leak or something else going on there.  

The two holes on the stern are not part of the lumber holes.  Those are all internal to the hull.  The only thing I can think of is those are where the bolts to hold your stern sacrificial anode should be.

thank you for answer, I have ac drain to mid bilge, this one in question is about a foot from main berth i keep drained every 5 days, no way to install pump. I am having a new port engine installed this week, been using with port engine to be installed.
