In the final stages of closing on a new to me 3100 Open. Mechanical and Yacht Survey went well, sea trial and escrow are the final hurdles. I will import the boat from Canada back into the USA and need a Manufacturers Build Certificate to avoid 1.5% duties. Have any of you had luck getting this cert from S2? I have contacted them and left several messages to no avail. Hopefully, they are just busy and will get back to me soon. Does anyone know who at S2 I would contact? My wife and I are really excited in the upgrade to Tiara from the past two Boston Whalers we've owned. Looking forward to posting more here soon.
