Sadly, our ‘99 4000 Express will officially be on the market in the next couple weeks. I figured I’d alert this group first in case anyone is interested in making a move.
It’s the hardtop, two stateroom version with the 3208 CATs. They have 1246hrs on them and the 1k hour service has been done. All is good in the engine room and a Racor CCV was added.
The rest of the boat is in great shape. Here’s a list of work I’ve done since owning her. She’s currently in Annapolis, MD if anyone is interested and wants to look before I sign the brokerage agreement. Asking price will be $175k, Club discount available
Every year:
- Oil/fuel filter and fluid replace
- Full winterization
- Engine/GenSet/Hull/Prop zincs
- Shrinkwrapped
2019:
- 1,000hr Engine Service (previous owner, but have paperwork)
2020:
- Barnacle Buster Engines, GenSet, and AC units
- Replaced main engine strainer baskets
- Replace lower cockpit courtesy lights (LED)
- Replace float switch in sea chest
- Fuel return line replaced (GenSet)
- New raw water pump (raw water system)
- Install dinghy davit
- Replace cabin television with new flatscreen and soundbar
2021:
- Props reconditioned
- Raw water pumps rebuilt (mains)
- Alternators rebuilt (mains)
- Tachometers rebuilt
- Hailer replaced
- New water pump (GenSet)
- AC units serviced
- All new head seals and duck bills
- Rebuild macerater pump
- Replaced freshwater accumulator tank
- Custom coil mattress installed
- Replaced tachometer sending units
- Replaced both house and engine battery banks
- Bottom paint
- Hydraulic pump serviced (filter/oil change)
- Replace stopping solenoid (GenSet)
2022:
- Replace overhead cockpit lights (LED, multi-color))
- Install Racor CCV system & K&N air filters (mains)
- Rebuild valve on master head
- Cabin headliner panels reglued
- All cabin lights converted to LED
2023:
- Replace/upgrade AC pump and strainer
- New handheld fire extinguishers
- Replace cabin refrigerator
- New helm switches
