2004 35 Open with 8.1L Crusaders-2200 hours.   Last year, started noticing a slight vibration from 2400-2800 rpm during the process of achieving and coming off plane.  Balanced props last winter and vibration still noticed.  Engine alignments are in spec, no shaft run out, cutlass bearings look good.  Unable to determine which engine is creating the vibration.  Seems to be harmonics.  Been to two servicing marinas.  Vibration is worse with a full load of fuel, disappears with low load.  No vibration up to 2400, and no vibration while on plane to WOT.  I am the original owner and never hit anything.  Plan to pull props/shafts and have them inspected/balanced as a set and change cutlass bearings this off season.  Anyone else experience this or other suggestions?
