We got the cockpit fridge and outlet figured out today.  For reference, there was a small hole under the helm seat wall behind the fridge.  I ran a bore scope in there and there was a GFI behind the fridge.  We pulled the fridge vent and got someone with small hands to reach in there using the bore scope and reset the GFI.  The fridge and the outlet now work.  I was prepared to remove the fridge if needed.
