I had the same issue on my 1996 31 Open. It ended up being the vacuum line going the the map switch. It was run under the water lines on top the manifold and next to valve cover. I replaced the line and routed above the hoses. Line would get soft and collapse; triggering the map switch. Since then no more bogging.
