In case someone else has similar needs here is what I learned.  Tiara bought the switch from Amp Tech Inc., item #321230.  Amp Tech was bought by Myoteck Industries in 2018 but still has a manufacturing location in Manistee, MI.  I called them (231)299-1230 and talked to a knowledgeable lady.  She said they no longer make this but I could find just the rotary switch at Digikey.com, their part #EG1955-ND which is manufactured by E-Switch.  I will need to unsolder the old switch from the board and resolder the new one.  Part is $7.19 plus shipping.   Hopefully this will solve my issue.
