Don't quite understand. Is one of your shore power connections a 50 amp 120/240 connector and the other a 30 amp 120 connector? If so, plug in the 50 amp 120/240 and the A/C should work. If the shore side connections only contain 30 amp 120 connectors you will need a REVERSE "Y" that allows you to plug in the 50 amp boat connector to 2-30 amp shore connectors. As a note: When plugging into dockside power you will need to use two 30 amp 120 connectors that are out of phase with each other or else the REVERSE "Y" won't work.
