I believe the boat has two 110V 30 AMP electrical Inlets for dock power. Shore 2 is usually reserved for Air-Conditioning and Water Heater. If you only have Shore 1 connected, then you won't have power to the Air-Conditioning. Your power available at your dock is going to determine how you can solve this issue.
If you have only one 30 Amp Outlet available, you are going to need a 30/30/30 Y. This will allow you to plug the Y into both of your cockpit inlets and run one cord to your dock power supply. Keep in mind that will only have 30 total amps of power to draw from. This means you are going to have to load manage to not exceed 30 Amps total (both shore 1 and shore 2 combined). I would limit the load to battery charger and air-conditioner only in this scenario.
If you have a 240V 50AMP outlet available on the dock, then all you need is a Reverse Y (240V 50A Dockside Connection - Two 110V 30A Boat Connections) that you plug into the 50Amp outlet on the dock and then plug both of your 30 Amp cords into the Y and power up shore 1 and shore 2. You should have this Y on board anyway, as most new docks only have 50 AMP or at the most they have one 50 and one 30, which means you are going to need the 50 AMP Y anyway for when you travel with the boat.
