Hay you broke all the rules sight unseen no survey and got burned! Ouch I did the same thing with a Donzi I had to have,
and also got burned!
But you learn from the mistake and move on don't blame others or the boat.
Just to let you know I just purchased a very nice 31' Tiara open its a 1984 with out the trouble you have.
I wish you better luck next and make the time to look and have it served. Just my 2ct
