Had this trouble with my electric rams too. My first guess is the rams are not adjusted correctly. Open the hatch and block it. Then unbolt the ram that does not close all the way and rotate it IN the amount it is to long. Reconnect it and try again. Or maybe just spray some WD40. Capt. George
