Hello Everyone! My family and I owned a 1969 23 foot slickcraft since 1989 and recently upgraded to a 1982 Tiara Pursuit 2700. Boat is making its way to the slip very soon here in Chicago - cant wait to get out on the open water and enjoy it!! Have a question though regarding the heat exchanger - does anyone know if they can be flushed and what is the proper way to do it? We've had a couple of issues with the port and starboard engines running a little hotter than normal on its attempt to get back here from the storage yard. This boat just sat and wasnt that well maintained before we bought her this spring and needs some TLC and we're ready for that. Engines received complete tune ups. Already have replaced impellers and thermostats and impeller shaft seal. Any tips, comments, or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! FishOn
