Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a 1994 4000 Express. Hull survey and Engine survey to take place, soon. I boat in the North East out of RI and enjoy Block Island, The Cape and The Islands, and the Eastern End of Long Island NY. First time w/ a Tiara but a long time boat owner. Wooden Trojans', Pacemaker, and glass Hatteras and Silvertons'. First diesel boat, but being a retired "Fleet Manager" know my way around the engine room.
