You might check with your painter to see if it's going to cost extra money to go from a dark color to a light color. Usually requires quite a bit more prep work. Having sold boats professionally for the last 15 years and being the number three new tiara salesperson in the country I will tell you that most clients prefer a navy blue or colored boat over a white one. This only applies to boats that are painted as they do not oxidize like a gel coat colored hull. What method are you using to apply the paint will this be sprayed or rolled and tipped?
