We sold our Sovran a few years ago, but I think the below list covers most of what I had...  Our boat was a 2008 IPS 500 boat...

Primary and Secondary fuel filters (racor and volvo spin on)
Main engine impellers (with O rings)
Genset impellers
Gear Lube (volvo 75w90)
Oil and coolant for mains and genset
Belts (pay attention as at least on our IPS500's, you likely have a second alternator on the Stbd motor so they are different sizes between port and stbd)
I had a spare set of props that I didn't keep on the boat but could be sent next day if I struck something far from home.
Spare Nav Light bulbs (mast, bow and stern)
Spare cabin light bulbs (may want to upgrade to LED as long as you're at it

I kept a spare shower sump bilge and float switch as we seemed to go through one per season (made by rule I believe)..
