going to have to do this in the water, just checking if anyone knows .  I have 22x23x2 epx300 props, in case that helps.  TIA

It's not a fun job but here is how I did it. Pull the cotter pin.  Put a block of wood against the bottom of the boat to wedge the prop.

Use an adjustable wrench to loosen and remove the outer nut . Back off but do not remove the inner nut . Install the wheel puller  

and use a BIG hammer to loosen the prop. Take off the nut and remove the prop. When reinstalling the prop, the thin nut goes on 

first. Google the reason on the net. 

DO NOT do this at a marina where there is electric on the dock. You could be electrocuted. Heed my caution.
