This piece is likely made from custom curved thin starboard (or some other soft plastic that can be molded and stapled into). By the time you purchase the starboard, custom mold it, purchase the matching vinyl and have the piece made, you could just order it from Tiara. The Tiara 39 Sovran is a current model, so they should be able to make you one. When you call them, have your Hull# handy, so they can pull your boat and make sure to match the vinyl color.
