I am looking to replace the galley refrigerator on my 2007 Sovran 4300.  I have been having a difficult time finding a replacement that would fit in the current space.  The current refrigerator is a Dometic and I think the model is a TJ80 (which I assume is a 8 cu. ft. Model).  I don’t believe they make that model anymore.  

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you measure the hatch opening to make sure the new unit will fit. We own a 1999 3500 Open and purchased a new (same model and make to avoid any carpentry problems) refrigerator/freezer unit. After waiting almost two months for delivery, we found the techs could not get the old unit out, or the new unit in. It appears the unit was installed at the factory prior to installing the roof. Although it probably made the initial installation easier, the only door opening is way too small for a replacement.

I purchased my 2008 4300 Sovran with an Isotherm refrigerator.  I believe it fit in the same space as the previous model, which I do not know what that was.  When I went to the Newport Boat Show recently, I noticed that many of the boat manufacturers were installing Isotherms.  Good Luck
