Any ideas on how to remove the transom door cushion on my 2005 Tiara Open? I thought it would slide up but it won’t budge, it does slide side to side but only an inch each way. Any ideas?

On my 2004 35 Open, the transom door cushion came out by banging it upward with my fist.  I contacted Tiara on the process and they said there may be adhesive to keep it set.  Mine came up much easier than I expected.
