I would like to add a Hardtop to my 29 open. Need a recommendation on where buy one or have the job done complete at a reasonable cost.

Tiara offered a Hardtop for the 29 for a couple of years. They may still have the molds, although they were not the best looking of tops.

I'm not super familiar with Ohio. Lakeside used to build Hardtops for Tiaras, but they are out of business. Not sure if anyone took over for them.

Contact Rob McCarthy (Galati Yachts), he sold new Tiaras in Ohio for many years and may know of a reputable company that can build one. E-mail me and I'll give you his phone number.

Tiara has a hardtop refit program. We put a hardtop on our 40 Express. Much more modern in appearance than the original. Project worked out great, expensive, but worth it. We are in Ohio, had it shipped here options include hatches, lights both I would recommend. Brackets fit perfectly. We arranged our winter storage in a place where we could get a cherrypicker in to lift the top over the boat. Good winter project.
