Do you think they would work on a 1996 31 open? shipping to Florida is going to be expensive, how much are you asking?

I’m asking $3200 for the set with the center rigger pole included . These poles are w/gold spreaders! They are rupp set 
#15485 which you could contact rupp for there input as to sizing for your 31.

What mounts/holders come with the poles? How long are the poles.

I have a 2001 38 open located in Lindenhurst

The poles are 21' long and the center rigger pole is 15'. Every thing comes with them with the exception of the oval base mounts .

The mounts are for a hardtop! Is your boat a hardtop or soft top! If you would like to call me I can send you pics and drawings from rupp!
