Hi all - new to the forum and to Tiara boat ownership as of 2 weeks ago!  I just bought a 2016 Coupe 44.  The sunroof opens with no issues, but we can't get it to close.  Our mechanic has spent over 40 hours trying to fix it, but still can't - he has called the Tiara tech people, etc....  No idea what to do.  Anyone else ever have a problem like this?  Grateful to be part of this group, and for any and all help!

I had a 2016 44C that the sunroof wouldn’t open unless you pushed it first, It was fixed by simply cleaning the front seal and putting some lube in the door itself. I know that doesn’t help you but in the many hours I put in trying to fix that problem I discovered another problem,the drains aft of the sunroof can easily get clogged,I drained several gallons of water once I cleaned them out, but it rotted the starboard cockpit headliner and had to fabricate a new one. There are forward and aft valves on the bulkhead to the right of the Circuit Panel near the compressor, if you haven’t done it yet, I would swap those and see if it reverses your problem. Good luck.

This is extremely helpful. Thank you very much. I am going to pass this information along to the people who are working on it.  They are still stumped, but will greatly appreciate this insight!
