I am in the process of purchasing a 2014 Tiara 31 Coronet. 
What should I look for besides the usual boat/engines stuff? 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To me, service records are the most important item to look for

You need to know when the exhaust elbows were changed and you shouldn't take someone's word for it. Also, look for the frequency of engine anode replacement. Check the coolant corrosion efficacy. This can be done with a pH test kit or multimeter. Is the bilge clean, with no signs of rust?
The engine spaces in these models is tight and therefore subject to neglect. A clean bilge and engine space is a good indicator of a well cared for boat.
