Proud new owner of a 1989 Tiara 3100 Open with crusader 454's.  My previous boat was a 2000 pro-line 22 DC.  I suspect I'm going to be looking for tips as I'm moving from a single outboard powered simple dual console to a much bigger (and older) boat with a cabin, twin inboards, etc.

Welcome! I have an 89 3100 Convertible. They are an easy boat to transition up to.
