Hi everyone...I just purchased a 1985 Tiara Pursuit 2700 w/ twin 270 Crusaders. I plan to be on this forum quite often as I think I will have many questions as I get accustomed to my new boat.

It definitely needs some TLC however, the boat is still in great shape and the sea trail ran well.

Compression on the engines were about 135 ~ 155. Approx 850 hours on them.

I already know I need new exhausts which I will do immediately before any leaks happen and lead to a valve job on the engines.

Most of the portlights need to either be changed out or fixed.

The windshields are corroded shut and one side (port) has a permanent gap which needs to be sealed. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix the windshields, all suggestions are welcome!

but overall, very happy with my purchase and look forward to years of happiness on this vessel...I will try to post some photos but I am not sure if I know how to navigate well enough as a new user to do it...wish me luck!

Sorry, but here are some more photos...I just figured it out.

Any suggestions on anything with the engines or comments on overall boat are welcome! I have been boating for years and this has been a dram boat of mine since high school (which was 20 years ago)! I am open to any education I can get...thanks in advance.

Hello, I also recently purchased a Tiara Pursuit 2700 - 1985 and its in very good shape too. But mines come with two evinrudes 225 1986 and had 850 hours. Im new in this forum but later upload some photos of my new boat.
