I have spend hours on the internet looking for a pair of clips to replace the broken pair on my cabin door window. I had them on the Grady White as well to hold the side cabin windows closed. I've tried every google, bing, ebay, amazon, West Marine, Boatersworld and yahoo search I can think of at this point. Anyone that could get me some info I would GREATLY appreciate it.
It's the bottom of the 2 clips in the photo. The longest arm on the top that connects it to the reciever broke on 2 of them holding the cabin door window closed on my Tiara 2700.
WaterBonnet made them. I was able to get a set from my local dealer 10 years or so ago. Once they broke I ran a piece of mono from screw to screw to hold it shut. It works ok.
Go to Aluminum 2000 at 717-569-2300. See it at aluminum 2000.com/wprts.html or e-mail info@aluminum 2000.com. I found the latch for my 36 Convertible there. Must be Tiara's source. They are at PO Box 1200, Charlestown, NH 03603. You need part # 40-2106 Sliding Window Latch 4400 Series. Should not be more than a couple of hundred dollars. Its for a boat. Just Kidding. Capt.
