I have a 2004 35 open. The table in the lower salon has wobble. I think the plastic sleeve has worn out. How do I remove the pedestal and is the sleeve available? Is there another way to fix this?

Chances are the plastic sleeve has not worn out. I have the same table on a 2000 3500 Open. When you get to the boat here is what you need to do to determine the problem.
Unlatch the table so you would be able to spin it or push down. Notice on on the handle near that latch, on either side where the bolt is that holds the handle in place, there are 2 set screws. Screw them in just a little. Don't make them super tight as that will only damage the table locking mechanism. After turning them in, try to secure the latch again, so it will not spin. It should have tightened just a little but or maybe if you turned the set screws too much it is very tight. Adjust the set screws to set the table so it does not wobble. In other words, tighten, loosed, tighten until the table is not wobbly any longer but not too tight as this will cause undue stress on the clamp and eventually it may break.
It that does not work, to remove the table you have to unscrew the base place from the floor, unscrew the wood table top from the the top mount and start removing piece until you get to the plastic piece, but there is nothing that causes the plastic piece to wear as the table mount has very little movement. I think the set screws should fix you right up.
