1978 25' Tiara Pursuit

I am renovating a 1978 25' Tiara Pursuit...228 Mercruiser Engine. No Owners Manual came with it. Does anyone have one that can be copied. I believe all info on this boat was destroyed in the fire at Tiara Yachts some time ago.

Between the helm and passenger seat under the floor is a black box with wires going to it. Does anyone know what this box is for or was it an add on feature?

Hi John-I have an '82 Tiara Pursuit 25'-nothing like you described in mine, so I'm guessing it was some sort of add-on. Have an owners manual for mine, but don't know if it will do you any good. Let me know.
