Dowco acquires Minnesota manufacturer

Wisconsin-based Dowco acquired Premier Plastics and Leisure Designs of Hoyt Lakes, Minn. Dowco manufactures boat covers, bimini tops, enclosures, hardware and accessories for the marine industry, and covers and luggage for the powersports industry. Premier Plastics is a manufacturer of rotational molded and vacuum-formed plastic components for the marine, powersports and construction industries.
