All the hinges are broken on the port lights in my 1982, 31', Open. I have part #5390050 and 6223 VASSEN OPENING PORT as information so far, but still can't locate replacements. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Made by Vassen, unfortunately they are out of business.
You may need to replace them with a portlight that is available today.

I started a thread for my '85 3100 with broken port hinges too. I own a wholesale/retail marine supply store so I have access to a crazy amount of catalogs to source. Lewmar has some that could be modified to work, but in the end, I took the old ones to my local machinist and had him dup them in aluminum.
