Has anyone ever seen this before . I moved all the excess equipment to the starboard side of the boat , no difference. I stood up on the starboard bow and held on to the handrail . The boat leveled . But as soon as my weight was removed the boat went back to listing to port. For the short term I'll keep more fuel in the starboard fuel tank . The bilges are dry , I was at the survey when the hull was being pounded for dead thuds . No issues . So I don't think I have water trapped anywhere. I also thought about laying some lead ingots in the one of the starboard compartments to help level the vessel . Does anyone have any thoughts ??

i had this exact problem with a pro-line and it turned out to be water logged floatation foam in a compartment between stringers that was supposed to be "sealed." I'm not sure if tiaras are even built with foam though. Has it been like that as long as you owned the boat? In my 3100, the space between the deck and hull forward of the engine firewall does not drain to the bilge unless you pull a drain plug at the bottom of the firewall. Ive heard of people who Have had their cabin flood by water coming in through the potable water fill or anchor locker leaking over time. Have you checked to make sure it's dry in all the spaces under the floor of the cabin you can get to? The boat liliting to a side is not a problem I'd ignore. But it took me many frustrati months to figure out with my old boat.

"Update" I've owned CRACKERJACK for 2 months now , due to life and other duties I haven't got to spend much time aboard . Having a good look her over the last few days and taking stock of everything that the previous owner had stowed aboard , I removed about 100 lbs of cleaning equipment and spares and tools out of the port side mid ships compartments . Moved the spare anchor & chain , tool kit & from the port side to under the helm seat . The swim platform now sits parallel to the surface of the water now.
There was also a tow rope aboard , if I go to the Keys from my location . I might put that back on board . But all the spares & cleaning stuff and 3/4 of the tools can stay in my dock box . Sea Tow will tow me back to my dock from anywhere close to home . So with just a little weight redistribution, CRACKERJACK is cruising on an even keel ??? .

Now on to the next project . "The Icerette "

I have the same boat 01 35' with diesels and yes it seems to list to port at rest,wasn't sure if it was fuel different in tanks or holding tank before pump out, i keep a Yeti cooler full of beer on the starboard  side and it seems to help.
