[Tiara3600]

I have a 1987 Tiara 3600 convertible. I believe the boat came with screens on the side cabin windows but when I  purchase the boat they were missing. I can build my own. The thing I was wondering do I have to remove the out side window trim to put them in? If I unscrew the outside trim does that loosen the whole window or is it just a trim?

I have the same boat and am the 2nd owner. I don't think it ever came with side window screens. I have the original sales brochure and it does not mention or show side screens. Just a guess here but removing the trim would open a can of worms. I made mesh screen shades that snap on over the side windows and keep out the heat and sun. Come to think of it, they will also keep out insects.
