I have a 2001 38 Open.

Cummins 450 HP's 

Port Trans went and is un-repairable.  

Any help would be appreciated.

I also have a v drive zf 800 with low oil pressure was told to pull tranny wonder if it can come out with out removing whole engine hatch on 35 express

Mine came out no problem, didn't even have to remove the intake hose.  But mine is a 38. Trans, only weighed like 175 lbs. we just pulled it out with 2 guys. Good Luck.
