Okay,

This fall my 29 Coronet became a favorite condo in my exhaust pipes for a colony of muskrats.  Each day I was stopping to blow them out of the pipes with heat/water/noxious fumes.

Here I am...I cannot be the only victim to these boat sinking critters.

Anyone have exhaust opening solutions?

Thanks!

I installed the Hurley Marine guards 2 seasons ago and have been happy... A little pricey, however worth it when you consider the damage musk rats etc can do.

Thanks for the reply. I came across those and was looking for other ideas first.

I was even thinking of 6" rubber balls on a tether for retrieval. Smile

Thumbs Up

Nerf football maybe? I have heard of people using these when drifting offshore in heavy seas to prevent water intrusion (on other boat brands).
