So, I wasnt happy with my panel. it was all corroded and had WAY too many switches in it.
I reached out to Lauderdale Speedo for some new gauges and Technografic in Lauderdale.
Both companies amazing to deal with!

Glad to see this post and I like the look of your new dash. I am looking to replace the dash panels on my '89 3100 as well. Mine is also riddled with old holes no longer being used. I bothers me every time I sit in front of the helm. I have my new layout already, I just need the panel blank to get started.  I am not able to remove the current panels to use as a template right now. Did Technografic make your new dash panels? Would they happen to have a template from yours? Would you mind passing on any contact information so I can reach out to them? I can be reached at jpkarman@hotmail.com.

You should post the before pic as well to give us some reference on what was done, but the new panel looks pretty nice and clean. Good Job!
