I have the original space saver coffee maker on my 2000 41 Open and was trying to find something to replace it as well. I like the built in portion so i don't have to stick in in the sink every time I go offshore fishing. There is nothing out there that I could find.
Maxwell, I like the look of yours but in some of the seas I fish in it would be on the floor. Do you have a way to secure it?
Next step will be to do something custom and make sure I can have the unit secure for those less that idea days offshore.
There is a catch on the back of the sliding drawer that when pushed all the way in secures it. It takes a couple pounds of pressure to pull the drawer/shelf out. They also used a scroll saw and cut the bottom to perfectly fit the Keurig. We regularly run on days when most normal people wouldn't leave the dock and haven't had any issues.
Well he is my solution for this season, I removed the spice rail, and install with the paper towel section on top. It will have the outlet from the maker in that space-will be a phone charging station. Darn thing almost fits the space perfectly, a few spacer pieces of starboard all I needed...too much money to spend on other stuff this year!!!
