I suspect your window washer system is the same as I had on my 1997 31 and currently on my 2003 38 Open.. The washer system utilizes the fresh water pressure system as a source of water and there is a solenoid that allows pressure water to flow to the washer system when the switch is depressed on the dash. The solenoid for both boats is mounted in the ER on the forward ER bulkhead on the starboard side... I'm assuming the switch is OK and the solenoid is stuck partially open... A guess... M2C
