When I put the courtesy lights on after about five minutes they start flashing. I replaced the rocker switch ,checked all connections /grounds for tightness and it really is baffling me. batteries are fully charged also.
That is a little strange. I would try jumping +12V to the switch from another source, ideally direct to the battery with an inline fuse. If that stops the flickering then you have a connection issue down stream, most likely at the breaker. You can use the same method to check each connection in the circuit path until you find the culprit.
I will try that . Interesting thought, I have been checking downstream FROM the rocker switch, not thinking the breaker to the switch maybe culprit. I'll let you know what I come up .
Are they regular bulb or LED? Regular.bulbs pull more amps. Could be a corrosion issue causing resistance after a bit it heats up and starts the issue.

They are the regular bulbs. I am thinking of LED replacement if I'm going through all this trouble shooting.
