Have tried everything to alleviate the issue of my 4 inch exhaust hoses on one Crusader 7.4 Mpi gas engine overheating. New hoses, new risers, new impeller, etc. Good mechanic. He’s at his wit’s end. I’m ready to have a nervous breakdown. Can’t use the boat, spent a lot of time and money.
How does one sell a great 2000, 3100 Open, with engines running fine?

Have you (or your mechanic) backflushed the oil / transmission cooler? If that is restricted, you can still have good flow but still overheat.
