I'm replacing all my 2000 35 Open through hulls with stainless this winter. Having a little trouble finding stainless that will work for the cockpit scuppers. Has anyone seen stainless through hull scuppers that will work or do I go with plastic?
I tried to find something in stainless as well and problem is that the inner hull and outer full are not perpendicular to each other, resulting in a difficult time with sealing them. I replaced mine with the same plastic ones that were installed from factory and cut to fit. They will bend slightly enabling them to seal better and fit the mis alignment. At least this is what I found with my 2000 3500 Open anyway. If you find something to work, let me know as I would still replace them if I could, but that is a difficult area to access as the inside one is a tight fit on the bottom and had to be cut to fit.

The original scuppers are not screwed together, they are pressed together. When I took my originals off they were brittle on the outside anyway. I painted my hull so my scuppers are also painted, Awlgrip, so sun protection is fine for now. I am sure they will peel over time but these items were cheap when I purchased them. Like $10 or something at a discount place.
Here is what they look like when taken apart. They are cut to fit length.
