WTB -- 2000-ish 4000 Express with Cummins and Hardtop

Greetings Tiara friends!  I am a recent Chris Craft convert and looking for a late-90's to 2000-ish 4000 Express.  My preference is one with Cummins and a hardtop.  I'm in Annapolis, MD, so one in the Great Lakes, NE, or someone on the Atlantic Coast would be best for moving her home.
