anyone know how to get the BLACK color back into the rub rails, mine are faded?/ anything work good??

You can buy new inserts for them. Pull one end piece out and look at the profile. You can order new inserts from places like Taco.
Installing is not always easy and requires a heat gun and extra friends to pull on the free end while you insert and heat it up. Total PITA.

You can always try something. I have some stuff we use on our Jeep fenders. It doesn't last an extreme amount of time but looks good fornawhile.

For cars, I have used meguairs ultimate black for plastics and “gummi pflege” for rubber. Both work well. Worth a try.
