Had my 1981 3100 hauled.   Rudders never have worked great but found the problem to be corrosion.   Trying to source new/used rudders for it.   13 in shaft (1.25 dia)and about 16 in long by 9 wide.    

I found these but the shaft is 12 and they seem quite a bit smaller.    Any suggestions om how to proceed?
