As I search for issues with these spotlights (RCL-100), lots of problems with them not coming on or moving. I seem to be having the opposite problem. Mine won’t turn off. 

I’m thinking there’s an issue with the control panel as I can’t turn the light off or move it. Mounted on a ‘99 4000. 

Any thoughts? I’ve never had an electrical problem where I can’t turn something OFF!?

Disregard — found the manual and it’s in the troubleshooting section.

For future reference if someone searches, the answer that fixed it for me was to turn everything (including battery switches) off for about 20 seconds, then power back up. If that doesn’t fix it, the manual says the coax between the remote unit and control unit (under the helm) has gone bad.
